Handling Anger: Level 1
This anger management program is designed for individuals who have low to moderate levels of anger and aggression. The course covers an introduction to anger, signs of anger, and strategies to manage and control anger effectively. Participants will learn to identify their triggers, explore different coping mechanisms, and practice de-escalation techniques. It is an excellent starting point for individuals who want to gain insight into their anger and learn practical tools to manage it in daily life.

Handling Anger: Level 2
The Handling Anger: Level 2 course is designed for individuals who need further support to manage their anger effectively. As a continuation of the Handling Anger: Level 1 course, clients will learn how to recognize and identify their anger patterns, as well as how to express themselves assertively without resorting to aggression. This program provides a structured and supportive environment for individuals to develop healthy anger management skills and maintain positive relationships with themselves and others.
6 sessions - 2 hours each
