Cognitive Restructuring

This Cognitive Restructuring course is designed to focus on the thoughts and beliefs that contribute to criminal behavior. Through this course, participants will learn how to identify and challenge negative thinking patterns that have led to their criminal behavior. This is done through a combination of group discussions and individual exercises that allow participants to apply the skills they are learning to their own lives. By the end of the course, participants will have a better understanding of how their thoughts and beliefs influence their behavior and will have gained valuable tools to help redirect their thinking toward a more positive and productive path.
